Timor and Sumatra coffee beans

To keep my coffee flowing, I got another two (2) packs of Bluenotes whole beans from Coffee Lab - Timor and Sumatra origins.

A pack of 250 grams serves me 27 cups.  As an addict, I'm enjoying about 9 cups a day.  Thus, a pack is good for 3 days only.

Collapsible travel cup

I traveled for three (3) days to Isabel, Leyte, where our plant is located.

Instead of bringing a breakable coffee cup or mug, I bought a Stojo cup from Coffee Lab for P850.  It's made of silicone.  It's available in different colors; and, I chose the green one.  It's collapsible and light weight, which makes it perfect for travel and enjoy drinking coffee.

Grinding my coffee

To serve a fresher coffee, one step is grind the beans right before brewing.

So, I bought a portable manually operated grinder.  The brand is Hario, which costs P1,720.  I got it from Coffee Lab at U. P. Town Center.

Brewing at home

I brew my coffee at home by pour over method using a Hario Cafeor Dripper!  It's a single serve filter.
